About VizaUS
Since 2008, VizaUS has helped people get US visas – visitor visas, fiancé(e) and spouse visas, work and investor visas. We also handle immigration cases, from family petitions to employment-based and investor green cards.
Most clients come to us for one of these:
- a B1/B2 visitor visa
- a new application after a refusal
- a K-1 fiancé(e) visa or a spouse visa
- family-based immigration
- a work visa or an investor visa
Where to find us
VizaUS mailing addresses are in Warsaw and New York State. Consultations take place online, so it does not matter which country you are in. Addresses, office hours and messengers are on the Contact page.
What we do on your case
- consultation and choice of visa category
- DS-160 and DS-260 applications, USCIS forms and petitions
- document review and translation into English
- interview booking and visa fee payment
- interview preparation
- inquiries to the National Visa Center and the embassy if your case is delayed
Each service has a price on our pricing page. State Department and USCIS fees are always paid separately.
What we never do
- We do not invent stories or put anything untrue in your application. Misrepresentation can lead to a permanent visa refusal or denial of entry to the US.
- We do not promise a visa. A consular officer makes the decision, and no one can honestly guarantee it.
- We do not sell “fast-track” interview slots. The embassy’s booking system sets the date, and if you have grounds for an expedited appointment, we help you request one.
Why clients choose VizaUS
- We work only on US immigration, so we know how visa categories and USCIS forms differ.
- Our prices are public – see our prices.
- We work online, whether you are in the US, Canada or Europe.
- We speak English, Ukrainian and Russian.
