USCIS Expedite Request – request for expedited processing

What is an Expedite Request for USCIS Applications or Petitions?
While someone is awaiting a decision on an application or petition pending with USCIS, circumstances may change due to family, work, health, etc., and they may need a decision from USCIS sooner than usual. To address such situations, USCIS has provided an expedited processing option – Expedite Request.
Current information! Ukrainian citizens now have grounds to request a USCIS Expedite Request.
The purpose of the expedite request process with USCIS is to obtain a decision on an application or petition more quickly without further waiting.
An expedite request is possible for everyone, but ultimately USCIS decides what to do with your request. USCIS will consider requests on a case-by-case basis.
